10 Essential Morning Routine Tips to Boost Your Energy

A mindful morning routine can be the key to starting your day with positivity and purpose. Here’s a glimpse into my personal morning routine, designed to elevate my energy and set a high-frequency tone for the day.

Solfeggio frequencies are specific tones used in a musical scale believed to have healing and transformative properties. They are often associated with ancient traditions and are thought to enhance well-being, promote emotional balance, and facilitate spiritual growth. Some frequencies include 396 Hz – Liberating Guilt and fear and 852 Hz – Returning to Spiritual Order.

I start my day by sleeping with solfeggio frequencies playing. These harmonics help to transcend my unconscious mind as I sleep, promoting a restful and rejuvenating night.

I keep my phone across the room from my bed. This not only reduces exposure to harmful waves but also forces me to physically get out of bed to turn off my alarm. This simple act prevents me from hitting snooze and encourages me to stay up.

By gently shaking your body, you promote relaxation, body awareness, and a sense of calm, making it a quick and effective way to start your day on a positive note.

5. Sage Cleansing: Purify Your Space and Self

Burning sage, or smudging, is believed to offer several benefits, including purifying and cleansing both physical spaces and personal energy. The practice is said to clear negative energy, promote emotional balance, and enhance spiritual well-being. Additionally, the act of burning sage can create a calming atmosphere, support mental clarity, and aid in relaxation, making it a popular ritual for creating a positive and harmonious environment.

6. Invocation: Summoning Higher Energies

I use my singing bowl to summon the Universe, Ancestors, and Queen Mothers, followed by a period of prayer. Prayer is an intimate conversation between I and Eye.It is the most vulnerable time in the day to be completely open and honest with yourself and with the Universe. This practice helps to connect me with higher energies and set a spiritual tone for the day.

Stretching and practicing yoga in the morning are crucial for preparing both body and mind for the day ahead. These activities help to increase flexibility, reduce muscle stiffness, and enhance circulation, which can improve overall physical comfort and energy levels.
